The part must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that have been installed or show signs of wear may not be eligible for a return, so we ask that you carefully inspect the part before installation.

Our team will quickly respond with instructions on how to proceed, including where to send the part. If you’re returning the item for a refund, once we receive and inspect the part, we will issue the refund back to your original payment method. In the case of an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement part to you as soon as possible.

For your convenience, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to send back returns. This ensures that your package reaches us without any issues, and you can monitor its progress.
