• Acceptance of Terms
  By accessing or using the Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Site or Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
• Changes to Terms
  AutoFix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the Site and Services.
• Account Registration
  To access certain features of the Site or Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify AutoFix immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• License
  Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AutoFix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to resell or make any commercial use of the Site or Services, or any content therein.
• Submission of Content
  You may submit content, including but not limited to reviews, comments, and suggestions, to the Site or Services. By submitting content, you grant AutoFix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and prepare derivative works of such content in connection with the Site and Services and AutoFix's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Site (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
• Responsibility for Content
  You are solely responsible for all content that you submit to the Site or Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to grant the license set forth in Section 5.1. You agree not to submit any content that:
  1. Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  2. Is defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  3. Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  4. Contains viruses, worms, or other harmful or malicious code.
• Removal of Content
  AutoFix reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove or refuse to post any content for any reason, including but not limited to, content that violates these Terms. AutoFix also reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in AutoFix's sole discretion, violates these Terms, including but not limited to, terminating or suspending the violator's account.
• Order Confirmation
  AutoFix will send you an order confirmation via email after you place an order. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. AutoFix reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
• Shipping and Delivery
  AutoFix will ship your order to the address you provide during the checkout process. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. AutoFix is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.
• Returns and Refunds
  AutoFix accepts returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact AutoFix customer service. AutoFix will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
